What is Propertymark Protection

As an ARLA Propertymark Protected agent we have to hold your money in a seperate client account which is independently inspected annually.  This is not the case with all lettings agents.

We do all that we can to provide you with a professional service, but if things go wrong the ARLA Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme (CMP) will step in and reimburse tenants and landlords.*
