Haslams offer three levels of service depending on your requirements.
Introduction of tenant
If you wish to collect the rent and manage the property yourself, then this service offers:
- Comprehensive marketing to find a tenant
- Processing of references
- Drawing up tenancy agreement (available at an extra cost)
- Arranging gas safety checks, inventory and check-in
- Issuing of standing order for monthly rental payments
- Collection of first month’s rent and deposit
- Writing to utility companies (landlord supplies meter readings)
- Rent collection and transfer. For your convenience and peace of mind we will collect the rent on a monthly basis and transfer it to your nominated bank account, providing detailed statements
Full management service
This service takes away all pressure from the landlord, as we look after everything connected with the letting of the property. The Full management service includes the same features as the Introduction of tenant service, plus:
- Collection of rent and transfer to the landlord’s nominated account
- Management of any maintenance issues and repairs according to the landlord’s instructions
- Quarterly property visits followed by written report to the landlord
- Holding the tenant’s deposit as stakeholder
- Co-ordinating end of tenancy check-out and deposit release
