Rent Guarantee Insurance Policy
To give you peace of mind and protect you from the unexpected times in life, we have teamed up with our insurance provider to offer a Rent Guarantee Insurance Policy for only £36 + VAT per month.
If your tenant defaults on their rent payments, this policy will:
- Pay you all of your rent whilst the tenant is still in possession of the property
- Pay to cover the full cost of the legal eviction process
- Pay to pursue the tenants through the courts should they have damaged the property to a level which the deposit is insufficient to cover
