Career progression with Haslams

Charlie Rapson

Charlie joined Haslams as a Junior Negotiator with no previous property experience. He switched departments to become a Support Administrator, where he was later promoted to Head of Support. Most recently, he progressed to Group Head of Client Accounts, Support and Compliance.

Oliver Chambers

Oliver was working in the food industry before making the switch to property to become a Lettings Negotiator for Haslams in 2007. Within 4 years, he was promoted to a senior position and has progressed to become Head of Lettings Sales, managing a team of 10.
