Many of our team are ARLA qualified and trained and with their extensive experience they will give you the best advice on all aspects of residential lettings, and our land and new homes department can provide you with access to exclusive pre-release offers on new developments.

Our comprehensive landlord sales and marketing package includes:

  • The production of colour property details, including an image of your property
  • A colour window display in our central Reading offices and a regular slot on our 24 hour electronic window display screen
  • Inclusion of your property on our website Haslams.net, as well as on our partner websites Rightmove.co.uk, PrimeLocation.com, Zoopla.co.uk
  • The use of our in-house software to send details of your property via text message and email to our extensive database of potential tenants, which includes many  locally based blue chip companies with whom we’ve built excellent relationships over the years
  • Prime colour advertising in at least one of the leading weekly property papers
  • Accompanied viewings conducted by an experienced member of our team
  • Ongoing discussions with you to provide data and feedback on sales and marketing activity
  • The choice of three levels of ongoing service (detailed below) depending on your requirements

Full management service

Our most popular service, we will look after everything connected with the letting of your property, including:

  • Processing references for the tenant(s)
  • Arranging the check-in
  • Issuing a standing order for monthly rent payments and collecting the rent to transfer to your nominated account
  • Writing to utility companies to arrange the transfer of utility accounts to the tenant(s)
  • Managing any maintenance issues and repairs according to your instructions
  • Conducting quarterly property visits and issuing you with a written report

Rent collection service

If you opt for our rent collection service, we will process references for the tenant(s), as well as issuing a standing order for monthly rent payments and collecting the rent to transfer to your nominated account.

Introduction only service

If you’d prefer to collect the rent and manage the property yourself, then we can find a tenant for you, process references for them, and collect the first month’s rent and deposit on your behalf.

This fee summary is intended as a guide to our prices – charges and fees are subject to individual negotiation depending on your property and the circumstances – we are always happy to discuss fees with you.
