New Landlord Client Offer Terms & Conditions

This offer (“Offer”) is made by Haslams Estate Agents Ltd (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) to landlord clients who sign up for a new property management service contract with us. By participating in this Offer, you (“Landlord”, “You”, “Your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

    1. Landlords who enter into a new 12-month property management agreement with Haslams will receive the first 3 months of property management services free of charge.
    2. The Offer is available to landlords instructing Haslams to manage a property that is not currently under a Haslams property management agreement.
    3. The 3-month free management period will commence on the date Haslams assumes management responsibility for the property.
    4. The Offer is valid from Wednesday 1 July 2026 to Wednesday 30 September 2026.
    5. The Landlord must submit a fully signed agreement before Wednesday 30 September 2026 to be eligible for the Offer.
    6. The Landlord must offer a rental property located within our management area of Reading, Berkshire.
    7. Following the initial 3-month free period, our standard management fees will apply for the remaining 9 months of the agreement.
    8. The Offer applies only to full property management services and not to let-only or rent-collection-only packages. It does not include the Setup fee, charges for arranging works with contractors, or any other costs due for payment by the landlord that have been paid on the landlord’s behalf by Haslams.
    9. If the Landlord terminates the management agreement during the initial 12-month term, or otherwise breaches the agreement resulting in termination, Haslams reserves the right to charge the management fees that were waived under this Offer.
    10. The Offer applies only to new management instructions received during the promotional period and is not available retrospectively on existing Haslams management agreements.
    11. Haslams reserves the right to refuse the Offer where it reasonably believes the promotion is being misused or abused.
    12. This Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash equivalent.
    13. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
    14. Haslams reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Offer at any time without prior notice.
    15. Haslams reserves the right to make the final decision on the interpretation and application of these terms and conditions.
    16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
    17. All other usual Haslams’ lettings terms of business apply.

Landlord Referral Offer Terms & Conditions

  1. Existing Haslams landlord clients who successfully refer a new landlord to Haslams may qualify for 3 months’ free property management on one rental property currently managed by Haslams (“Referral Reward”).
  2. The referred landlord must enter into a new 12-month full property management agreement with Haslams during the promotional period and meet the eligibility requirements for the 3 months’ free management offer.
  3. To qualify for the Referral Reward, the referred landlord must contact Haslams directly or be introduced to Haslams by email and identify the referring landlord before entering into a management agreement.
  4. The Referral Reward will be applied as a credit against the referring landlord’s future management fees and will be activated once Haslams has assumed management responsibility for the referred landlord’s property.
  5. The Referral Reward is limited to one property per successful referral. Multiple referrals may qualify for multiple rewards at Haslams’ discretion.
  6. The Referral Reward is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash equivalent.
  7. The Referral Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or incentive offered by Haslams.
  8. The referred landlord must not already have a property under a Haslams property management agreement at the time of referral.
  9. Employees of Haslams Estate Agents Ltd, Michael Hardy Estate Agents or associated companies are not eligible to participate in the Referral Offer.
  10. Haslams reserves the right to refuse, withdraw or reclaim the Referral Reward where it reasonably believes the promotion has been misused, abused or where the qualifying management agreement is terminated within the initial 12-month term.
  11. Haslams reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Referral Offer at any time. Any changes will not affect referrals that have already qualified under these Terms & Conditions.
