Join Haslams in celebrating International Women’s Day 2023. This year’s theme #EmbraceEquity highlights the importance of gender equity in every part of society’s DNA. The theme aims to get the world talking about why equal opportunities aren’t enough, as equity accounts for individuals who might need different resources to reach an equal outcome.
Today we look to the women at Haslams. Women currently make up 57% of the Haslams Group workforce, a figure well above the industry average of 49% for England and Wales according to the Office for National Statistics (2022).
As part of #IWD 2023, Haslams wanted to highlight some women in our business:

Claire’s number one priority is delivering exceptional customer service, which she has achieved every day since joining the Haslams team in 2019. Her friendly nature and passion for property is one of many reasons that Claire was recently promoted to assist in running the Property Management department. Trying to summarise Claire’s career achievements in such a short amount of words is impossible but Haslams are exceptionally lucky to have her.
