Join Haslams in celebrating International Women’s Day. This year’s theme #BreakTheBias encourages us to commit to a more inclusive world; breaking stereotypes, inequality and discrimination.
Today we look to the women at Haslams. Women currently make up 65% of the Haslams workforce, a figure well above the industry average of 49% for England and Wales according to the Office for National Statistics.
As part of #IWD, Haslams wanted to highlight some women in our business:
Emily Taylor, Head of Property Management
Emily started her first role in Property Management in 2012, before joining the team at Haslams in 2016. It is through her commitment to continuously improve the level of service provided to clients that we have achieved our number one spot.
Fenella Hall, Sales Progressor
Fenella has gained experience across the industry, working in different departments at Haslams, joining first as a Property Manager. Today Fenella has a stellar reputation working as a Sales Progressor – check out our Google Reviews and see for yourself!
Claire Pulleyn, Head of Market Research
Claire’s knowledge of the local property market is second-to-none. The insights Claire provides are rich and fact-based, she has collected over a decade of local property information, referencing more than £2.5 billion in transactions.
Sophie Shearn, Assistant Marketing Manager
Sophie joined Haslams as a Market Research Intern in 2019, the summer after graduating from Cardiff University. Sophie quickly progressed up the ranks and today her role as Assistant Marketing Manager involves delivering marketing across The Haslams Group.
Rosie James, Office Manager and Residential Sales Project Co-ordinator
Rosie takes great pride in delivering excellence to our customers, clients and employees. Rosie supports many functions across the business from the day-to-day running of the office, to managing complex projects across Residential Sales and so much more.
