Fall in love with a Bellway home

This February Bellway are running a Valentine’s weekend to introduce the apartments at Renaissance to first-time buyers, giving away a fabulous window dressing package.

Emma Jones, Sales & Marketing Director at Bellway comments:

“Renaissance is an impressive development that has been particularly popular as the homes are larger than most Reading apartments, giving far more options for home workers. We believe that the development’s one bedroom apartments are likely to attract particular attention thanks to their triple attractions of space, both inside and out, affordability and location, not to mention that deposits start from as little as just £10,875.”

The one bedroom apartments at Renaissance come in five different styles; all featuring an open-plan kitchen/dining/living room, a contemporary family bathroom and private balcony. Given the vastly increased importance of space to work from home, as well as for enjoying leisure time, this is one of Renaissance’s major attractions.

Affordability also comes into play. First-time buyers are getting older, with an average age of 34[1] and they now need to provide an average deposit of £46,200. Bellway appreciates that the pandemic is unlikely to have made it any easier for would-be buyers to save up, so the low deposit paired with the window dressing is a real bonus at Renaissance.

Just a short bus ride from Reading town centre, the homes offer the opportunity to buy a new build property close to the town’s wealth of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities. Reading is a thriving economic hub, home to 13 of the world’s top 30 brands. Major employers include Microsoft, PwC, John Lewis, EY, Oracle, SSE, the University of Reading and many more. It is a town packed with talented, hard-working professionals attracting over 30,000 more inward commuters than outward commuters every day (despite its proximity to London).

Buyers who fall in love with the space, affordability and location of Renaissance this Valentine’s Day can buy a home from £217,500. For further information, please click here.
