- Please report all standard, non-emergency maintenance issues to Fixflo. The Client Management team will pick up the logged issue when the office re-opens on Wednesday 29th December.
- Please report any emergency maintenance to the Help me Fix app. Help me Fix will provide you with support over the phone, they will escalate the issue to an emergency if the contractors deem this necessary.
- Please note that an emergency is defined as an unforeseen event that could render the property unsafe, unsecure, will cause further damage to the property or cause personal risk to the tenant(s). For example loss of heating, hot water, a significant leak that cannot be contained, or loss of power. General issues with appliances, dripping taps or trickling toilets/ showers are not deemed an emergency and will be addressed when the office re-opens on Wednesday 29th December.
- For instances with lost keys or stuck locks, tenants should call a local locksmith. Haslams will not be able to assist in releasing keys from the office.
