We are celebrating two well-deserved promotions in the Haslams team. Chris Cullity has been promoted to Sales Director, and Oliver Chambers to Lettings Director.
Chris has been a key member of the Haslams team since 2000, building an exceptional career over more than two decades with the business. Progressing steadily through the ranks, he now oversees the Residential Sales team and remains fully involved in the end-to-end property journey – from valuations and marketing strategy through to successful sales and completions. His deep market knowledge, consistency, and hands-on approach have made him a trusted leader both within the team and among clients.
Oliver joined Haslams in 2007 and has since played a central role in the growth and success of the lettings division. Under his influence, the company’s lettings portfolio has expanded to over 1,000 properties – a significant milestone that reflects both strategic growth and strong client relationships. In his new role as Lettings Director, Oliver continues to oversee the front-end lettings team, ensuring that landlords are matched with the right tenants quickly and efficiently, while achieving the strongest possible rental values in the market.
Together, Chris and Oliver have helped shape the foundations of Haslams’ continued success. Their promotions recognise years of dedication, leadership and focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
