Haslams Estate Agents recently took part in a Corporate Roleplay workshop delivered by RABBLE Theatre, using immersive roleplay and forum theatre techniques to support professional development and team growth.
The session was designed to help colleagues explore real workplace scenarios in a supportive and interactive environment. The team at RABBLE Theatre offers roleplay experiences that build confidence, strengthen communication and provide insight into how tone, behaviour, and decision-making impact professional outcomes.
The Lettings and Property Management team took part in a series of scenarios based on everyday challenges in the property sector. These included managing complex tenant conversations, addressing landlord concerns, resolving conflict and navigating sensitive or high-pressure situations. Using Forum Theatre, professional actor Mark created scenes that reflected common workplace challenges and team members were then invited to pause the action, suggest improvements and step into the scene to test alternative approaches
A valuable learning experience
The Corporate Roleplay day offered an opportunity to:
- Build confidence in handling challenging conversations
- Reflect on real-world scenarios in a safe environment
- Strengthen teamwork and collaboration
- Enhance the overall client experience through improving communication
