Show us around and share your moving plans with us, and we’ll share our knowledge of the local market with you. We’ll give you honest and realistic advice about the market value of your home and we’ll recommend an appropriate asking price. We’ll also explain the options available for your sale, including sealed bid, modern method of sale, and traditional private treaty. Before we leave, we’ll clearly explain the next steps to you.

Stand out from the crowd

Our in-house marketing team will present your home at its very best, with professional photos and floor plans included as standard. You’ll receive exposure across a multitude of media, including our own website (with over 10,000 users a month), property search websites, social media, our in-office and outdoor digital screens, direct mailers, and bespoke email campaigns.

Prepare for viewings

We’ll give you advice and tips on how to make your home as welcoming and appealing as possible. All viewings will be arranged and carried out by our experienced team, and you’ll receive feedback within 24 hours. Our office is open longer and later, making it convenient and easy for buyers to book and attend viewing appointments.

Leave the negotiating to us

We’re here to negotiate the best price possible for you. When an offer is received, we’ll explain the buyer’s situation and financial position to you, and we’ll make recommendations to help you make the right decision.

Sail through the legal process

We have two highly rated sale progression specialists, (check out our 5* Google reviews!) who will guide you through from sale to completion; following up with your solicitor, your buyer’s solicitor, and any other agents in the chain. We’ll ensure you know what you need to do, when and how, making the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Once all parties in the chain are ready and you’re happy with the contracts, you’ll sign and exchange them. As a guide, it can typically take 4-12 weeks between your sale being agreed and contracts exchanging. Just before exchange, you’ll mutually agree your completion date with all parties in the chain. On moving day, we’ll phone you as soon as the completion is confirmed – and then it’s time to celebrate!
